Once upon a time there was a village chief who ruled the village in Bangka Island. His name is Pak* Raje. He was very rich but so mean. He has an employee who he had him to watch over his rice field. The employee's name was Si Penyumpit**. This young man had to watch over the rice field from wildboars. His late father owed some money from Pak Raje and couldn't pay it until the day he died. Si Penyumpit offered himself to keep Pak Raje's rice field from the wildboars in order to pay his father's debt. Pak Raje knew that those wildboars could still trespass his rice field so he can force Si Penyumpit to pay him money for the damage. |

Once upon a time, in the West Coast of Melayu Peninsula, there was a kingdom named Negeri Bintan. At that time had a boy named Hang Tuah. He was a hard-working child and often helped his parents to look for wood in the forest. Hang Tuah had four friends who are Hang Jebat, Hang Lekir, Hang Lekiu and Hang Kesturi. When stepping on the adolescent, they playing together to sea. They wanted to become the skilled seaman and could bring the ship to far countries. One day, they rose the boat down to middle sea. “Hey look, there are three ships!” exciting Hang Tuah shouted to his friends. The three ships still were in the distance, so as they did not yet see clear the signs. The three ships increasingly approached. “Look at the flag! The flag of the pirate's ship!” shouted Hang Kesturi, “We must fight them until the last blood!” he continued. The pirate's ship increasingly approached the boat of Hang Tuah and his friends. “Let’s find the nearest island to land. We will have more spacious fight on the land!” said Hang Tuah arranged the strategy. |

In ancient Java Island, there was a princess of the king in West Java named Dayang Sumbi. She had a son who she named him Sangkuriang. The child really liked to go hunting accompanied by Tumang, the palace dog pet. Sangkuriang didn’t know that the dog was the god's incarnation and also his father. One day when they were hunting, Tumang disobeyed his order to chase the hunted animal. He then exiled the dog into the forest. When returning to the palace, Sangkuriang told the incident to his mother. Dayang Sumbi was very angry hearing what her son told her. She was so angry and struck Sangkuriang’s head with the rice spoon and cast him away. Sangkuriang left with wounded on his head. |
